The lightweight cream is quickly applied to the affected areas before putting on your clothes/wetsuit, and with its sweat- and water-resistant formula, a layer remains between your clothes and your skin, so you won't get those scrapes and rashes. Functionally, the cream clogs the skin pores but still allows sweat to escape, allowing the skin to breathe naturally. Works effectively in both warm and cool environments.

How to avoid scrapes with Anti Chafe Oil

Avoid problems before they happen… Whether your skin comes into contact with neoprene/rubber/polyester from clothing and wetsuits, the cream forms an effective, dry and invisible barrier against the natural rubbing that occurs during exercise, which usually leads to sores, itching and red marks. This is the most effective way to avoid annoying scrapes.

The cream can be used on the neck, shoulders, underarms, chest and nipples, inner thighs, hip flexors and feet/ankles. Anywhere you normally experience annoying rubbing during movement from your wetsuit, clothing, or suit. The cream itself does not leave marks on clothing. It can be applied both before and during exercise - in both dry and wet conditions.

As an added bonus, the invisible Anti Chafe Oil also makes it easier to put on a tight-fitting wetsuit or swim run suit, as they slip on more easily.

Leave the cream on for a minute or so to allow it to work its way into the skin pores and then put your wetsuit/clothes on afterwards.

The fact that it is water- and sweat-resistant makes it suitable for both land and water.

Good to know

The oil is made from plant-based ingredients from almond and coconut oil, which are safe for children to use, vegan-approved and never tested on animals. It is produced in Denmark and formulated by dermatologists and former swimmers for the best results.

It is a light oil that spreads easily and not the typical thick creams, gels, or ointments that some people tend to use, with the disadvantage of sticking to the wetsuit/clothes.

The oil washes off quickly and easily in a normal shower.

Swimmers Anti Chafe Oil comes in a 250ml bottle, which is made from 50% recycled thermoplastic from previously melted down plastic bottles. In the bottle there will be enough for +40 laps, which is also supported by the smaller hole on the top, which ensures that not too much comes out at once.

Can be used for 12 months after opening.
