Made to provide the necessary extra warmth for the youngest ones with 3 mm thick neoprene while at the same time maintaining flexibility to a high degree. Available here in the popular Atlantic Purple colour and can fit babies and kids from 0-8 years

Baia's unique Velcro closure system over the shoulders and on the front makes it possible to adjust the wetsuit in both height and width to ensure a snug fit for your growing kid. At the same time, this ensures that it's easy and quick to put on and take off the wetsuit, by the baby stepping into the wetsuit, tightening it over the stomach and over the shoulders on each side.

The Baia shorty wetsuit is constructed of 3 mm thick neoprene (the same material as wetsuits for adults), and is designed to keep your kid warm in the water by keeping an insulating layer of water next to the skin

Easy to put on and take off

It's easy to get your Baia wetsuit on and off your kid:

Your kid steps into the wetsuit just like a pair of shorts
Fasten the Velcro across the stomach as tightly as possible
Bring the straps over your kid's shoulders and fasten on the back. The straps are attached to the back, so your kid will find it difficult to take off the wetsuit himself
To take it off again, simply open the top half of the wetsuit and let your kid step out

Material feels very good, fits well, child feels comfortable and enjoys wearing the suit.
The Velcro on the shoulders and stomach allows the suit to be adjusted precisely to your body size and stature and is very easy and quick to put on and take off.

Good neo for children

Overall, we are satisfied with the Neo. It fits snugly (even though our child is very petite) and the material is soft and flexible. The Velcro fasteners on the shoulders are great. This allows the suit to be adjusted slightly in length.
The Velcro fastener located in the middle of the body is pointless and annoying. It's not ready enough to be adjusted in width, but it's quite voluminous in depth. If it were to be used for a sport where you lie on your stomach, it would put a lot of pressure on it. Since our daughter surfs, we pull from the back to the front to avoid the pressure. Such a long closure basically makes more sense with a Neo on the back.

Great suit if you find the right size

My older son is size 86/92 and is very slim, he is a size 1-2 years old for this suit.
My other son wears size 80/86 (11kg) and is a size 6-12 months in this suit. If you have the right size, the suit fits perfectly and can also be adjusted as the child grows (using the Velcro fasteners on the shoulders). So it should definitely fit for a season 😊
One star deduction for the incorrect size information. Quality and price/performance deserve 5 stars. In the picture I accidentally put the suit on backwards, but it also fits the other way around 😊
